Great home to be apart of very friendly . Happy staff and happy residents. Great amenities throughout the home excellent views over looking exceptional gardens in which residents like to sit out in . Lots of daily activities followed by morning tea and afternoon tea and cakes. Fully trained staff and exceptional care given to all our residents. Families members are very happy and they shout out our praises too through lovely letters and cards . an absolute pleasure to be apart of this care home. Great managers and great staff♥️♥️

Our Kingsbury Court care home has excellent minded deputy manager. She is kind ,caring and very supportive . She has an excellent management skills ,she knows how to manage difficult situations in time so we are so greatfull at her. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Staff are very friendly and welcoming Looked round the home beautifully kept Tidy rooms Residents all being helped with activities Staff were informative and the Residents all looked extremely happy Couldn't fault the staff and the home The lady Helena on reception is extremely bubbly and welcoming

Dementia home??? Don't be fooled! Apparently this service is not available. Missed medications, potential dangerous mix ups. Do not keep family informed of any events that are significant. If you want a family member to get a UTI within a week of being here send them here. There are no food or fluid charts so they can give your loved ones as little as they want as there is no documentation to support what they are saying. Receptionist takes it upon her self to be rude to people paying over £1000 a week and should re read her job description and learn the polite telephone manner and customer service skills! Been reported to cqc and social services. In my opinion I would have given this home 0 stars and I would not send my dog here after what iv witnessed let alone a loved one that can be replaced!
