Rachel did an amazing job binding our off cut of carpet into a beautiful rug. Her communication was great, and she kept us informed the whole way through. Whilst the turnaround time promised was 5 - 10 days, I dropped it off and it was ready only a couple of days later. Fantastic service at a great price, I'd highly recommend. :-)

What a find. I contacted Surrey Carpets on 2nd November and picked the finished rugs up on 9th, and they are fantastic. The work is excellent and the price very reasonable indeed. The rugs look so good, it's hard to imagine that they were offcuts from the carpets we had laid! Thank you so much.

We needed a carpet runner in an unusual length so bought an end of roll fairly cheaply, cut it to size and Rachel did a fantastic job of edging it for us. Great communications, easy to drop off/pick up and very professional job. Will definitely be a return Customer.

After phoning the owner now we know to be Rachel the process started..and what a process it turned out to be..after explaining to us on the phone how the procedure should go off we go to buy our carpet to replace the loose fitting carpets in our caravan. .we brought it home cut it out and dropped off to Rachel and was advised on a time scale...we picked them up today earlier than expected and to say we are pleased with the work she has done is truly an understatement..terrific work.
